Currenty I'm on a search for HDB flat to purchase. I kept on seeing 4I or 4A or 4NG etc etc. I understood that the number stands for the rooms but what about the letters I, S, A, NG etc etc? What are the differences?

This applies to the UK only, and I'm thinking of the new anti-age discrimination laws we have here. I work in IT and I don't want prospective employers ruling me out immediately because I am too "old" - so is it Ok to not mention age/date of birth when applying for jobs? And what if they specifically ask?

I am the minister of music at my church, and I'm about to file for chapter 7 bankruptcy. I get paid a salary at my church, and I wanted to know if I should include that salary in my bankruptcy paperwork? Since there is no paper trail to the money, I didn't know whether or not to include it.

Hi, I just started working 2 months back. I get a decent salary and can easily save upto 1/3 of it every month. I want to start investing early. What are the kind of investments i should go for at this stage? I want to have 3 buckets of savings - retirement (have a good 40 yrs to that), a liquid cash savings and some stocks. I do have a fairly good knowledge about finances (for a non-finance background person) but there are so many options in the market that i do not know what to choose.
Any suggestions??
