I'm 18 andI make roughly $1300 /month and I get roughly $300 every 2 or 3 months. I invest already $25 into a money market fund per paycheque and I basically save $50 a month. But I really want to be having more by the summer. I am very frugal. So any other tips will help me out.

It's not that I'm behind on payments. I been receiving so many propositions through mails and internets recently. Especially I'm unemployed.
I remember during upper 1970s. When if I decide to get a credit card. fill out an application then mail it. Most of the time receive rejection letter, few times the card comes. It was hard to get credit card.
What happen? Than it was impossible now it's too easy.

I have an absolutely amazing secret recipe for cookies that I've developed over the last 15 years. Everyone who ever tastes them tells me that they are the best cookies they have ever had and I am often told that I should market them. The cookies are actually even better when they are frozen, and I also freeze the dough and it works beautifully. How would I go about marketing these cookies? Suggestions, ideas??

A person goes into the IRS office with a 1040 filled out except for the signature.

The following questions are proposed:

I am not sure if I am required to fill out this 1040 Form. My friends told me that I must.

What is the Code section that indicates a Form 1040 is required?

Before signing the form, I read on the Form that I would be signing it under penalty of perjury.

By signing the 1040, would be giving up my right to be silent under the 5th Amendment ?

(A suspected murderer would not have to do or say anything.)

Will an IRS offocial sign a statement, under penalty of perjury, indicating my requirements and the Chapter and Section that states my requirements?

In other words, other than my friends, who in the IRS or what section of the IRS Code would lead me to believe that I am liable for paying an Income Tax, and because of this requirement, indicate my requirement to fill out and sign (under penalty) a 1040 Form?

A relative of mine has had a franchise for over forty years. He has not followed the terms of that contract since he purchased the business. He told the franchisor that he would not follow the franchise requirements (purchase a majority of his products from them) during that entire period. NOW the ownership of the franchise company management has sold and changed. This new owner wants to require that he purchase all products from them and change his menu to match the company's new one. Is it possible for them to require him to do so even though in all those years he has told them that he would not and they continued to allow him to do so?? Please give your opinion and how you know the answer to this question, if you will. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
