I droped out of high school when i was 17 because of my friend...well at least i thought he was....he found out i was gay and ended up making up all these stories...that i would hit on him or i would try and touch him and so on....but it just got to a point where i just couldt handle it so i dropped out ....now live with parents, no job , low selfesteem / lack self confidence, and am constantly thinking about what other people are saying or think of me ....I'm just a mess...i need help........ I cant live with parents forever. Need to gain some kind of financial stability.....i need help....what do i do.......I'm scared........: (

I Put $35,000 on a credit balance transfer at 2.9% until 8 / 2007. They raise the rate to 28.95% because an old cell phone bill hit my credit. The card company said that it was under a Universal default clause in new contract terms.. Have tried to negotite , write letters..now considering walking away from the entire debt.. Any options or similar experiences?

The debts are rediculous medical bills from my boyfriends fathers office, he told me it'd be free but I guess not. I also have 21k in student loans through the stafford loans which are being deferred. I have never been approved for credit cards and I'm wondering if I should get secured credit or have my parents add me as an authorized user on some credit cards.

Which steps should I take to help my credit report? How fast will my report change?

I just want to rant! My property taxes in Chicago have increased 300% over the past 6 years to almost $10,000 for a small condo. I know that I could make a few $ if I sold..But is this fair? will taxes reverse if the values go down??? Anybody else pissed off out there?

I have an interview at petco today, and then actually 2 1/2 hrs later I have another one at a different one across town. Anyways, I am very nervous at the types of questions they will ask. I had an interview at finish line once and totally bombed it becuase it was my first job interview and the questions totally caught me off gaurd, so case in point I am super nervous. Does anyone who has or does work there know what types of questions I will be asked? The guy said it will only take about 12min so thats really amusing how short it should be.

am 21 i'll be 22 in a couple of months i feel so lost i have been out of high school for almost 3 years i've done a year of city year and worked 2 years i am thinking about going to college but feel that i am too old to be starting college i sould be in my 3 or 4 year will it be weird because of my age will it be differant because of my age i also have a felony for robbery when i was 18 and feel i wont get a good job i am very worry about getting a job with a felony

I went to the federal building and was told I could not file my taxes even seperatly with out having his information and that since we live in comunity property state I would be liable for his taxes as well as my own even thought he earns three times what I earn.

About two or three years ago, at age 18, I received a letter form a collection agency stating that a medical account that had gone into collections had been transfered to my credit report when I had turned 18 and that I owed them X amount of dollars. Being that I am a working student I didn't get around to paying off THAT particular bill until about a year ago. Upon paying the bill I was notified that I had 10 other accounts with them (all under $70). Between the 10 accounts, $400 interest had accrued! Aren't they required to inform me of ALL accounts I hold with them? I would have paid off the other accounts if I knew they even existed! Is it reasonable to ask them to eliminate the interest? Would it be reasonable to ask them to delete the information off of my credit report based on lack of knowledge of the accounts?
