Does it usually take a couple of days for it to go through? Could it be because it is the New Year and the company employees are on vacation? It's a small company.

it takes a few days for orders to process online. also there is no mail tomorrow as non-essential federal employees have the day off in observance of Ford's death

I'd probably guess the New Year's Holiday. Call them tomorrow to check up on it.

It's new years. Most businesses don't process orders on holidays or weekends.
