how many times can they refuse an exchange with valid receipt and unused shoes? ive already changed it 3 times since the person i gave shoes to is kinda picky... im planning to change it for the last time..pls help! thanks!

but at the back of their receipt, it says: we have the right to refuse numbers of exchanges regardless of receipt..

I don't work for the place & never have, but I think you're pushing it. If the person doesn't like the shoes, so what, they're not picky, they're rude and unthankful, and you're a pushover for taking back something that you were thoughtful enough to go out and buy!
Sorry to be "icky" but, really, think about it.

It doesnt matter how many times as long as they havent been wore more than just trying them on and as long as you have the receipt. I live in Virginia though so it could be different where you live.

it doesn't matter as long as the shoes don't appear to be used
