You have to have your last pay stub, photo ID which is current and shows your current address. Of course, your SSN and the names and SSN of your dependents.

If it is a joint return both parties must be present and sign the papers. You may be eligible to get up to $2500. The loan is not secured by your refund, it is based on a credit check. You are not required to return to HRB for the tax return. There is no fee for preparing the loan information. The interest rate charged is a flat fee which comes out to about 36%. The loan is due by February 19 and if you get your return done by HRB you can choose to settle the loan with your refund proceeds.

They can figure the possible loan from the standard deduction but if you want, you can tell them what itemized deductions you have.

That's all I can think of, hope the info was what you were looking for.

Unless it's life & death and you must have the money right away, then it is better to just wait until you actually get all of your W-2's and file the old fashioned way. The refund anticipation loans and what-nots offered by all these companies are just scams to get you to part with your own money. They prey on people's impatience. You may not even need to pay H&R Block or any professional tax prepararer at all when you are finally ready to do your tax return. Check the site below starting January 16th and see if you qualify for free file. In the end, you may have to wait a little longer, but at least you will get your full refund and not just part of it. The choice is yours.

Call the closest H&R Block in your town. They will give you the info on it, and it's an awesome service. With it, you can get a rapid refund or an instant refund, then go back with your W-2's that you have. It works out great for the people that need their refunds fast and helps the people who need to get their financial aid apps in for the next year. Please remember though, that the federal government will not start accepting returns until the 20th, and when I filed last year, I had to wait till the 20th to get a rapid refund, but with the new thing of paystubs, call and check. Good luck!
