bofa let me do online banking with my dads account to so i had 2 checking and 2savings when i sign up to online banking the funds would come from my dads account and no authoriztion do i have legal issue

Talk to your dad first so that you can go together to get it straighten out. It may not come to any thing legal, banks are pretty accommodating when it comes to their customers.

Unless you have your father's explicit permission to use his account and are a minor, I'd say, yes, there would be a problem if you got into his accounts and used his funds. You probably need to tell the bank and YOUR dad what happened and then open an account with a different password and number. Your dad has the right to know that you took the money and he deserves to have it returned.

You told BofA to link the accounts. Thats your fault, not theirs. They may still help you with it. Never link your accounts with anyone else.

Go to Bank of America and explain what happened. They WILL fix it for you. If this was their mistake they will do whatever necessary to fix it.

If your accounts are linked, then no, you have no legal issue. Read your contract - they spell it out for you. I agree, it's crappy, but unfortunately, it's legal.
