My boss always picks on me, he likes to take his frustration out on me. He always thinks im un organzied, meanwhile hes the most unorganzied person i met. Hes indian and doesnt think women should be in the business world. He's rude and talks over everybody. How should i handle the stress??

So, I read that in 2007 people can now deduct PMI payments from their income taxes. What are the rules reguarding this change?
Does the loan have to originate in 2007? Also, do you think it is better now to pay PMI or to take out 2 loans (80/20) while paying higher interest rate on the 20% loan?

ok here it is... back in mid-october (october 14 to be exact) i left my check book in my car witht he doors unlocked. the book was in the center armrest out of sight and mind. i get off of work around 11pm (i started at 6 and the lot lites are crappy) and found my car rummaged thru and wouldnt start. i called the police and filed a report and the next day i went to the bank and told them what happened. they put a hold on my acct and gave me a new one, i also had them printout what was used the day the book was stolen.

i keep getting notices in the mail that money was used to buy stuff at sheetz and other places. also i got a ceredit memo saying that the one purchase was debited to my new acct and the other purchase wasnt. i hda to get two holds on the old acct before the bank did something that was for my benefit.

i aslo sent a letter adn talked to a few people at the main branch and was told that an 'investigation' was 'looking in on the acct' so i thought everything was ok.

We are in small claims. She is suing me. She sent me a letter with my personal mortgage account number listed and the phone number of the bank demanding I call and get a copy of the mortgage survey.
The funny thig is, there isn't one and never was. I Told her this 4 months ago.
I called the police and they said this a civil matter. I consider this to be stealing personal information. I feel as if I'm under attack. What can I do?

My landlord expects me to pay above the deposit i gave when i moved in. I cleaned for 5 hours and she says that the place wasn't clean. I had 5 other people helping me clean. the place is spotless. Now she wants more money in addition to the deposit. I think this is extortion. She says if I don't pay the extra, she will take me to court and sue me for the extra. I have done everything I can to make the place *move in* condition. Does she have a right to demand more money above the deposit?

I am furstrated with my job and is determined to quit. I thought of quitting in Jan (after bonus) and then find another job. But i felt so insecure. Not sure how long it takes to find another one. I am afraid i will feel lousy or insecure if i take too long. Shd i still quit??

I work in a small office. (4 people) My boss is never here! She is always taking days off and not recording her time. She is always making the 3 of us do her work while she gets the credit and she leaves early, comes in late, and goes on 'appointments' or meetings. If we need to talk to her about something she is never available. We cant go to her boss because of the way the system is set up she doesnt really have one. And we just learned she got a raise when she turned down one of our coworkers for one. She is also makeing at least 15 grand more then the next person up and the 3 of us are making dirt (ie low 20's late teens)

I personally am sick of it. I have been actively looking for a job, but I want to know if anyone else is giong through this and what we should do without fear of losing our jobs. Also, when I go on interviews what should I tell my boss? I am highly educated and work hard . I have a high position but the pay sucks. I also dont get sick or personal time to use.
