if i just needed to consolidate bills and pay off some debt which would be the best way to go?

I'm moving in a month and I'm not sure if I'll get the deposit back.. would you consider these problems normal wear and tear? I'm hoping to get some of my deposit back.

Lock on a window broke while opening, black scuff marks on bedroom doors, 2 tears in the carpet from moving furniture, door panels are chipping paint, light fixture in closet does not work and there are 2-3 chips on the laminate flooring.

im in college and my major right now is undeclared, im thinking about becomming a nurse, but i really dont know what kind. i was thinking about doing RN, but the college i go to requires a 3.25 GPA, just to get in to the nursing department for RN. so im thinking about doing a different kind of nursing.

A Co- Worker of mine goes out for drinks at a bar daily for lunch. When she comes back, he breath smells like she been drinking heavy! A few ppl told her about it and I've told her that ppl have talked about it. I think she comes back drunk b/c she have a different personality, she becomes talkative, sometimes she has an attitude. Everything has gone smoothly, we are still waiting on the survey (our new home includes 5 acres of land) and a title commentment. My leader has said to "start packing, it 's a done deal" .
