My parents have essentially chosen the career of "doctor" for me. It is a wonderful career in which you can help people and be paid a lot of money at the same time. However, I have little interest or desire in pursuing this career. As a result, I have found it very difficult to persevere in my studies and my GPA has been dropping significantly (I'm in college). It's my second year and my GPA is a 3.34 (and will be dropping even further because I am sure that I just failed my organic chemistry exam) have found that those who have personally chosen this career for themselves actually enjoy studying and do very well in class, even if they aren't very intelligent.
I find that studying my religion is something I can do hours on end. I feel that it conforms to my nature very well or that it was "meant" for me.

I've been in the same job now for about six-seven years, and I'm updating my resume. Normally, you're supposed to have three references, but most of my bosses at my old jobs years ago have moved on, and I have no way to get in contact with them (or even know where they are). Are two references good enough for a resume? Even if I track down someone from 8 years ago, would that reference be too outdated?

The company I was laid off from just laid me off. Im looking for a way to report them for paying there employees under the table and also tax evasion. They sell goods through a retail store and dont make the customers pay taxes. I was not paid under the table so Im not worried about that. Is there a website I can file a complaint?

My husband and I are both big spenders. We have been trying so hard to get out of debt. We re-financed the house to pay things off...then we just ended up running up the cards again! We have kids and we have a new house. We have so many expenses and so many bills. We also have too many hobbies that we need gear for.

How do we determine what is a must and what can wait? How can we be patient? How can we budget and save? What works? What makes sense? Maybe we are just stretching beyond our means.

Hi, I am interested in a career in accounting. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. I am thinking of going back to school to get another Bachelor’s for Accounting because it will be easier than getting a Master’s in Accounting and not having any experience at all. Also, I was looking at the Master’s program for non-accounting majors and you have to take a lot of credits and the classes if you are enrolled as a Graduate student are more expensive.

I would like to know how hard it will be for me to major in Accounting?

I’m not used to studying hard. I’m used to being the “lazy student” and barely passing. I love Math but while I was going for my Bachelor’s in Sociology I took Calculus 1 and I didn’t pass it because I couldn’t keep up with how fast the class was moving.

Any advice how I can achieve the above or any options on what I should do?

Thank you.

Whenever he enter in the office, he always shouting, swearing in the office. Is this the Harrassment? He always look for the small mistake from all the employees. Once he found the mistake (very rare) he never spare that employee. Couple of the guy quit the job right away. I need the job so I can not quit.

when i signed my lease my landlord said that he would not enter my house without notifying me unless an emergency. he said that he might have to show the house and would notify us.
today was the 2nd occasion that he entered my apartment without notifying me. both times he brought 2 people with him to look at the house. the first occasion we told him not to enter our house again without notifying us.

In Pennsylvania, non-profits have to provide different types of financial statements based on how much money they brought in. I'd like clarification on the differences between these different levels of documentation.
