Whenever he enter in the office, he always shouting, swearing in the office. Is this the Harrassment? He always look for the small mistake from all the employees. Once he found the mistake (very rare) he never spare that employee. Couple of the guy quit the job right away. I need the job so I can not quit.

This is probably not the answer you're looking for, but there's a political solution to the problem of bad bosses: workplace democracy. If the company is run democratically and the boss is abusing his position, his subordinates can simply vote him out of office. Of course, this solution requires a broader change in the politics of your country. Rich financiers won't invest in democratic companies because they want all the profit for themselves. The people of the country will have to assume democratic control over the capital of the nation, and decide democratically which companies to invest in.

No, this is not harassment. It is only harassment if you are being treated differently than everyone else. It's not even a "hostile work environment" as that is a legal term specific to sexual situations. What you have is just a bad manager. Talk to HR about the situation. Companies always take a look at the bottom line. If your manager's attitude is causing a high turn over rate, the situation will be investigated as constantly rotating employees will not help the company succeed.

I'd be on the lookout for a new job. If you really need your job, this sugestion might be too risky, but it does work a lot of the time. You should have bad attitude back at him, and then go in and apologize a little later or the next morning. This could open a dialogue if he thinks you are a valuable employee--if he thinks anyone can do your job, it could backfire.

That type of boss is probably reacting to something not work-related, i.e, home/family problems. In the office he needs to be comforted. What you can do is to try to make his office life as easy as possible. Anticipate needs. Always be one step ahead of him. If you go out for coffee ask if you can bring back something for him. His "feathers are ruffled, you have to keep them unruffled." It's a challenge, but, he sooner or later will change. Always speak to him in a warm and friendly manner. He is emotionally needy but is not aware of it. YOU have to figure out his needs. It make take a long time, but, it will be worth it.

Basically, you can't really change people. However, if his behavior is inappropriate in the workplace, you can report him. Most companies have a number you can call to make a report and often it is anonymous. However if you can't do it anonymously, you also can't face retribution from your boss for making the complaint, if your complaint is legitimate. Why not talk to your co-workers and make a report together - that way you can't be singled out.

Yes, this is harassment. All you can do is pray for him, and show kindness. This way, you will give him something he can't avoid - undeserved love. And you will have the peace of knowing that at least for you, you are doing the right thing. Meanwhile, pray for another job.
