to cut a long story short, i am in the middle of sueing my previous landlord. back in may i was left with out any gas in the property for a full week while he was out of the country sunning himself on holiday....anyway when he came back was pretty pissedoff by this time... so i voiced my opinion due to this he said he wouldnt be newing my next 6 months for being unreasonable i was only in the property 8 months . i decorated it nice while i was their, he would comment how nice it looked every time he came to the property... yet he got all high and mighty and told me to put it back how it was when i moved in(cutting his nose off to spite his face id say).. anyway he said i wouldnt be getting my deposit back either , and has come up with invoices for jobs that did not even exist, i dont want this person to get the better of me in the court and although im not guilty for any wwrong doings to his property he has made up i feel like giving in ..should i carry this through to end

My land lord just gave me another infraction 4 not havN a clean apt. This's our last 1 b4 we get kicked out! I'm nervous. I have 2 young kids, & I work full time. I get home from work & have 2 feed my kids then take them a bath & make sure they go 2 sleep. By D time I'm done, I'm ready 2 go 2 sleep. I just finished cleanN my carpet 2 days ago N this dumb *** lady gives us this! We invited her 2 C our apt & asked her what's wrong w/it. She said b/c we have 3 toys on D floor & 2 bags of clothes & D pest control man don't want 2 spray things like that. We've been N D apt when he sprayed b4 & he doesn't spray D whole house, just 2 D kitchen, half bathroom & then he's out. D 2 bags of clothes we had down stairs was clothes that we were goN 2 wash when we got home from work. R these people anal R what? Plus, D land lord don't like me b/c she had a crush on my guy & he now lives w/me. He left his apt which was N D same apt complex 2 move N w/me. Now she hates my guts & shows it.

I want to make a large payment on a credit account that has a really high APR (almost 30%!!!). How do I tell the credit company that I want this entire payment ($500) to go to the balance and NOT the interest? I want to get this thing paid down because with an interest rate of 30% and a minimum payment of only $62, I'll never pay it off. I remember once being told to tell them to apply the payment to the "principle." Is this correct?

Here's your scenario:
You got a great job, out of state, with the elite company for your industry, you've been there for less than a year and your job there could take you places. Your family is in another state, you have 2 kids, grade school and todder-they are the only grandkids on your wifes side. Your grade schooler is nervous about starting a new school and sad about leaving her friends and your wife is tight with her parents because she's an only child. You're tired of commuting every weekend back home. You are making a great living in a state with a good economy and your home state is below average economy wise. Here's your catch-22: You got offered another job in your home state, making a decent living, but in a less than marginal economic climate. You will take a pay cut and it is taking a step back going to this other company. But your family is happy and you would survive...what would you do?

poor credit hurts refinancing;so when they check on an old account bought and sold,etc.(I think illegal)are they making the credit score go lower & can they be sued to help for all the money lost in higher rates do to their illegal? activity as well as harrassment?even a class action suit?
