Telling who? If you want your uncle to sponsor you then be honest with him about what this project will bring you and maybe how he could make money out of it. If you want to convince other people about your project do the same: be honest and bring out the positive points about it for them. Be sure to know the negative sides of it too and have some possible solutions for them. Beleive in yourself in your project and you'll be convincing :-)
