Hi,
I found a good website which is an index for all legitimate jobs from home. There are jobs like "researchers, ad testers, writers, sales & customer service and more. No scams and none of the listed jobs charges any fees.

1st- Never join places with fees. I'm not making nearly as much as some people claim to be making, but I NEVER pay out money. I only complete surveys and view ads. I also started a website where I get referrals for telling people about survey places that I belong to. I think it's a good way to start, it's not gonna make u a millionaire, but your not committing any money to it, so there is no risk!

Most companies pay for your interenet access and telephone expenses, but you have to pay for them upfront, they are reimbursed. Some will pay for your computer as well. My ex also got all of his office furnature paid for, but he is the only one I know who was covered that fullly.
