A PhD friend of mine who is 65 told me I should start drawing social security when I hit 62 instead of waiting. He says the present worth calculations will show this is better. I am qualified to draw the maximum amounts based on my past payments to the system. I do not have any other savings, and plan to continue working anyway as long as I can. Should I take his advice?

What is your opinion? If you were to receive a holiday card from a vendor that you give your business to, and they in turn send a holiday card of thanks, would it be okay to add your web site address at the bottom? Just wondering if it ends up being pushy or not. What's your thoughts? Please let me know if you're on the receiving business end of getting a card of thanks. This would help my decide.

I am disabled and have leskos books on getting gov't grants,like buying a home.There is so much info I am overwhelmed..I am phy.disabled ,chronic pain-depression(chronic)I want to better my life,I feel as tho Im slogging uphill in quick drying cement lol, ya know?my highest credit score isaround 694 0r 703 lowest is 496.I get confused really easily ,not looking for pity its just the way it is -for now..I live in Shasta county buy would like to live in siskiyou or shasta co. here I guess. All I know is that I have a dream,no record,never been to jail,clean and sober for 16 years-but obviously have a long way to go...I just have a hunger in my heart to have my own lil place and I have very little capital or income and the lesko books about getting a grant for disabled ,1st time home-buyer,white?(just thought I would throw that inlol)I have raised my children and now I want my dream. EFAX ever heard of them ? (Online: http://www.efax.com) NOT a 30 Free Trial. They charged me $10 after 5 days and $10 more 4 days later. I don't know anything about online faxing services, but a free trial should be just that FREE. Serv/per mot Efax is $16.99 & extra/over 130 Incoming, But this is All FREE during the trial period. I was given 2 #s, 310 local # & 800 Toll Free #. 4 Minutes later 28 Faxes were sent out so they CLAIM and they were all sent to and from the 2 Phone #'s they assigned, 800 # to the 310 #, (& visa versa). I ONLY Faxed 3 Doucments to a 415 Phone #. eFAX billed my credit card $20.00 and told me some ridiculious FAKE LIE that kept changing. They Claim 793 faxes were rec'd 2 days later.This is FRAUD. They are FAKE FAXING using the #'s they assign. Called 8 times >>No Supervisors are available in India. Do You Know "EFax" ? They are Scam Sucking THUGS. Dont know What to I do about this $20.00.
