I trust the internet more than paying over the phone.
Now you have two options, Push or Pull. If you have a bank account that has online banking, then you can 'Push' a payment to Citi. Or you can go to the citibank website. Log into your account to view your loan. and link your bank account to the loan and 'Pull' a payment over each month to pay the bill.
I personally push my payments using my bank account. I haven't written a check or used a stamp to pay my bill in over a year. The online banking has done it for me.

Your bank might have an online bill paying feature. Or you can just go to the citibank web site and pay it from there.
