Raised in wisc. is it going to be hard to adjust to the summers in phoenix?Does dry heat really help with some health probalems?Want to move is cost of living high or adverage for family of 3?

My father lives in Nebraska and is trying to sell his restaurant/lounge it also has an attached beer garden built on. He has had it on the market for 4 months and not a nibble. I don't think his realtor has my father's best interest in mind. He has a bad heart and really needs to get out from under it. Any advice on how he could get rid of this commercial property quickly, is greatly appreciated.

My husband is swearing that he remembers the bankruptcy lawyer saying that getting a new pet before bankruptcy is something they don't recommend doing. He is filing but I am not (we've only been married 6 months and my credit is clean) Can anyone who's gone through bankruptcy please tell me if they've heard of this or is my husband just looking for an excuse to not get a pet? lol

I'm currently a senior in High School, and I'm graduating in 2007. Although everyone says that " to be succeseful in life you have to go to college", I'm not sure if I will even get into a college. So I have decited to ask. Aside from flipling burgers or working at Walmart, what kind of jobs are avaliable for people who have just graduated high school, but do not attend college? (also including jobs that might need some career training like an nurse for instance)

I know I'm entitled to a free credit report at annualcreditreport.com, but for some reason it will not let me access it. It says there is either a freeze on my credit (I haven't put one on), a fraud alert (haven't done that either), or the information on file doesn't match the information I gave. If that's true, I'd like to get it fixed but I can't since they won't let me see it. I have also tried calling and it's gotten me nowhere, just like the online form. Is there anything left that I can do???

We verbally agreed that he would pay closing costs from his $153K asking price and to get some money back I would borrow $17K above asking price and he would give me the $17 K difference after closing! He has since closing refused to talk to me or give me any money!!!! The agreement between us was verbal and is nowhere in writing, even though I have a witness to the verbal agreement between us! Do I have legal recourse for the $17K?

first off this is for the state of nevada. why shouldnt i be a licensed agent if i want to flip houses. i thought you had to be. also do u have to have a bussiness license or contractor license. if so what kind and please explain everything you know. also can someone explain the "code of ethics" to me?
