Let me describe you details. This person to me is far to reach me in every scope you consider but he had the opportunity to made friendship with his boss earlier in time when he was subordinate and most probably reported to his boss lots of odds about my work. I must not of course it can be just my idea but I did my best to explain the situation fairly. His condescending attitude over other employees not excepting me really made me feel bad. Always there is a big question in my mind why do my general managers selecting such this person. One of them is very gentle toward me and always tries to make this person more bearable by not approving the behavior of this person and try to making me considering my profit in long run. But when this long run which my profit would consider there comes, I don’t know? I am working in Software Company and do programming. how to treat such this arrogant selfish manager?

I posted a parcel about 10-11 months ago using Royal Mail.

I can't remember if I used special delivery or normal recorded now because it was that long ago.

Anyway the parcel supposedly never arrived at its destination and after all this time I havent got the postage receipt anymore.

I was hoping that Royal Mail would have kept records but they are trying to say that I never sent the parcel because they havent got any records of it.

Has anyone else out there had any problems with Royal Mail similar to me?

Sensible answers only please guys this is quite serious

IT'S THE KIND OF PLACE I'VE BEEN LOOKING TO GET WORK BEFORE I GOT PREGNANT BUT I WAS NOT QAULIFIED FOR THE POSITION. BUT NOW THEY SAY THEY HAVE AN OPENNING THEY THOUGHT I WOULD BE PERFECT FOR. I am 64 ( retired ) and my wife is 59..We are both on the original mortgage which is paid off. To qualify she will be taken off the co-ownership of the house. We are doing this because we are broke except for my social security check so we couldnt pay any fees until the loan was in our hands. We live in Tx. and our house is in great shape and recently valued at about 125,000. Can someone please tell me what to expect?

Yahoo finance doesn't seem to be the most trustworthy source. The SEC site edgars is too complicated. Major figures appear to differ on every site that I seem to go to. I've been looking through google finance, morningstar, corporateinformation.com, value line, yahoo finance, ect. Is there anywhere where the facts are 100 percent up to date and correct?

I'm a Software professional with 3 yrs of experience under my belt. Do a typical 24 yr old have that level of capability & maturity to drive an organization. It just seems like most bosses think they should critisize instead of build up even though most people respond to praise favorably.

I'm a teacher and even with my students, if I praise them for stepping out and trying something new or doing something creative, or just reading more books etc. they keep doing it because they are usually much more interested in me noticing their efforts than me even giving them a good grade. (Even though they ARE interested in the grade too, of course.) But if I criticize them harshly they're more likely to just close up or give up. So praise gets more out of them. Seems like adults are like that too. Agree or not? If you agree why do so many bosses use criticism instead of praise?
