Which would you like to do, write a book or learn to play the guitar?

Well, I learned to play the guitar back in the 60's, was on stage a few times, learned the mandolin, was on stage a few more times.

I would like to write a book, but I need to find my 'passion' for it, that one idea that will make the hours of grueling work feel worthwhile.
