I am a recent grad who received a good job offer. People ask me how much did I get/how much I am going to be making, and I do not want to share this information (with everybody). What is a nice way to avoid answering the question? What should I say so that I do not seem rude yet make it clear that I will not disclose my salary?

My sister works in a grocery store as a bagger. She is training to be a cashier so they put her up there one day at the register. One customer yelled at her because his groceries were "bagged incorrectly." She didn't even bag his groceries. The next person yelled at her because he didn't get the right size box of cereal that was on sale. She told him she could send the bagger to get the right size and he started yelling saying the sale sign was next to that box. Another customer yelled at her because she was scanning to fast even though she's supposed to. My sister is having second thoughts about doing this now. Is this supposed to happen?

Hello. I have been studying for about 6 months the market of currency trading. Trying to tackle the learning curve and different analysis in this specific market. But I start to wonder when I read most articles and forum posts stating that only a few people profit yearly from this trading. If you do not profit, then why do you trade? It does not really make sense to me why someone would play/work such a volatile market not to make profit? Please someone enlighten me with their view on this. Thanks.

I am 19 years old. I have worked at Borders, Red Robin, and currently I'm employed by Barnes and Noble part time. I go to school full time, and will also next semester, but next semester I will only be going Tuesdays and Thursdays. I do not want to quit my current job. I want a second one because I'm not getting enough hours.

Where should I apply to work at? I wont be applying until after Christmas in mid-Jan. I'm good with people and would rather interact with others than do some boring job, or one that includes menial labor. I also want to work after Christmas is over and not just end up jobless afterward, though it's probably too late to apply for Christmas help anyway.

I do not want to work with clothes or in a resturaunt.

How does this work with taxes / income? If it's only temporary for a family that lost their home and ALL belongings to a fire, do i need to register with the irs as a non-profit? And what would be a good method of receiving donations online, maybe paypal? Any suggestions would be great, but please serious answers only.

I work at Walmart as a "stockman" (tricky title.. it tricked me and now I "stock" carts..) in NC. Recently they replaced the old carts with newer ones but there's a huge flaw in their design. There's a piece of plastic on the bottom that when two or more carts are pushed together the back wheels of all but the very last cart lift off the ground. Before with the old carts one stockman could operate the electric RC pusher and gather a huge number of carts with no problem but now these carts slide like a snake and the same number of carts need at least 2 or 3 people to control. We've all had near misses with these carts almost hitting cars. Unfortunately there aren't enough stockman at this store so we're forced to push all of the carts by hand limiting the number between 7-9 at a time (not to mention that we have to walk sideways with the carts just to prevent them from sliding down hill). Only one stockman closes each night. Is there anything I can do to get these carts replaced? Thanks
