Lots of major research universities and hospitals have sleep laboratories. There they will pay you to sleep in their lab and get (often) wired up with EEG leads etc. Unfortunately, it is not a full time position, although it can last weeks, and the pay is pretty good. However, if you end up loving it you can start your own sleep lab (after you get you MD or PhD). .
Another job is doing duty detail as a police officer in Massachusetts. There you can get paid to sit in your police car and sleep with the lights on while five guys work around a manhole in the rain.
