we heard alot ablout online scam like 12dailypro(i lost 5k USD) etc.
and this "swisscash" program smells like 1 of them.
this site give u 300% of ur investment after 18 months(one and half year).have u guys heard about this "swisscash"?coz the site says that they doing business in malaysia,china,vietnam,japan internationally.what u guys think?

It needs to be memorable and catchy and possible describe us. Our drive is for quality and products your usual supermarket / store would not normally offer.
and obviously I need to be able to buy and use the domain and not infringe on anyone eles Deli name.

Ive only been at this job for a little more than 3 months. Im selling insurance in a cozy home town office. Its not a terribly difficult job or anything but its just not for me. Im not the office job kinda person and I will never advance here. I just graduated with an Associates in General Studies in May of this year and now after having a 'real' job for a couple months I want to go back to school full time and pickup a certificate in Drafting and Engineering. My boss is REALLY nice and he depends on me very much. I have two coworkers that will have to pickup a lot of slack when I leave. One of them is my boss and one other lady. How do I quit without feeling like a jerk?

Many companies phone and write to us because they have interest in my girlfriend resume. But when they know she is living and working in China they refuse to keep contact with us. In other words, if me and my girlfrend want to live together in Italy, how an italian company can get a chinese employee in Italy, easly and fastly, without to wait my girlfriend is in the fixed numbers of immigrant entrances?

How would you handle a co-worker giving you unwanted attention at work. Like always trying to sit next to you.....or trying to talk to you when you are busy working....or staring at you a lot? I just started this job so I was trying to be nice to everyone......but if my trying to be nice was taking out of context, is there some way to correct the mistake? Or should I try to ignore it?

I took over a lease in September for my apartment. I have until April on the sub-lease. In the three months since I have moved in my car has now been broken into twice. I would like to get out of the lease and not pay to stay here until April, I just don't feel safe. Is there any way to get out of this legally without having to find another person to sub-lease? I live in Illinois.

Is it protcted by law to pay an employee/contractor per diem for their service performed out of their home tax (over 75 mile)?
Shall it be written in their signed contract or it shall be paid by the employee automatically? Shall it be for 5 days a week or 7 days a week?

I've been kicked out of my house several times now, and I'm done. I want out for good and two of my friends and I plan on getting a townhome together. I'm 19 and part-time college, part-time job. I'm in the process of applying for a second job and money will be tight for me. I have two cats and a snake to take care of. I'm still making car payments and have a car still to sell. What do I do now. I can't get the townhome until I've paid off my car, but I'll have to be house hopping or staying with my girlfriend (much to her father's dislike) until we can get the townhome. Any advice for a poor college student with no home?
