You should refer to your employee handbook. I know ours states that if an employee is found to be consuming alcohol while at the work place or to be under the influence of alcohol or improperly using legal drungs while at the work place or while using any company-owned or leased equipment, will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
So, yes she can be fired.

Yup she sure can and she sure will. It will take time, but sooner or later it will happen. I've seen it happen.
More than likely she's an alcoholic and has a very serious problem. If you really want to take it upon your shoulders, offer to go to with her to AA meetings during lunch instead of the bar. Unfortunately, the reality is that if you are a co-worker and not a close friend, there's not much you can do except tell her the truth of it all and let her figure out what to do on her own.

When I used to bartend there was a rule against being intoxicated while on the job so I'm sure your workplace has rules set-up too. Yes, when management finds out most likely she will be fired, and if people are talking they will find out, if it's not already too late. Not only can she be a hazard to herself but potentially to others. If you care about what happens to her I would pull her aside when she is sober and let her know you are concerned she is going to loose her job. If she refuses to change her situation I would distance myself from her. She's self destructive and you don't want to be associated with her around the workplace.

This problem is more common than you know. She certainly could lose her job if it is too obvious or interferes with her work. Normally I would tell you to mind your business but if you know her well and are concerned than I suggest you mention it to her. Beyond that there is not much you can do.

of course she can. She is a big liability to the company. She can get hurt on the job and she can try to sue the company. So yes she can get fired.
