Mean RUDE boss!?

My boss always picks on me, he likes to take his frustration out on me. He always thinks im un organzied, meanwhile hes the most unorganzied person i met. Hes indian and doesnt think women should be in the business world. He's rude and talks over everybody. How should i handle the stress??

Tell him you don't appreciate the way he treats you and you want it to stop. Be polite yet firm. If this does not fix the problem then you should talk to his boss. If speaking to his boss doesn't fix the problem then talk to the corporate office. Quite simply, work your way up the chain of command until you get satisfaction.

If he is the owner of the business then you should quit if talking to him does not fix the problem. File for unemployment stating that you were harrassed and mistreated because of your gender. Don't ever let your boss mistreat you.

Quit the job and find something better. You don't get paid enough to put up with that kind of crap from your boss. Dealing with angry customers is angry enough. Or whatever it is that you do.

This is not a joke answer either. I don't stay with an employer if my manager or direct supervisor makes my job stressful.

If your in the states.Get his *** on tape, then report him to the department of labor and wages, the better buisness bureau, and take him to court for harrassment.....Or just quit....either go all out and show him and his fellow buisnessmen, which he has without a doubt here, that you don't do that to women here, or screw it and get a job somewhere else....No one deserves to be treated like crap...Period!
