Are NHI metal scrap brokers scammers?

NHI stands for "Network Host Inc." They offer the best scrap bulk prices on the market, but their payment terms are very harsh. If anyone dealt with them before or investigated them, plz let me know.

I've never dealt with NHI, but I have helped take some scrap metal to a processer once or twice. E-mail me if you want to compare experiences with this.
