My boss is phenomenal, but there's a co-worker who's very angry, hostile, and bitter and it's wearing me down. In my position, I have to have regular contact with her and it's very stressful. My boss and the HR director have spoken to her several times about how she treats people, but she doesn't think she's doing anything wrong and since no one has been documenting her behavior (there are performance and attendance issues too), they can't fire her yet. I don't have much confidence that this will be resolved and I don't want to leave my boss in a worse position than he's in now (down 1 employee, dealing with the psycho, and then losing me). What do you think?
