Here is the question? On two different Warranty Deeds. The first one shows a caption on the land, and under that it shows a " Less or except " on the mineral rights for that plot of land. The other Warranty Deed shows the caption for the land, but has not "less or except" caption for the mineral rights. On the first one it means that someone else owns the rights to the minerals. But on the other one with no such caption, does it mean that the Warranty Deed holder owns all of the mineral rights to his property?? Can anyone help???

If my GPA is 2.74, just 1 point lower than what your require. Would you still hire me? I just had a recruiter from Aldi contact me for a District Manager position, they will train me, company car and 65,000/year and in 3 it will be 70-80,000/year. Only reason my GPA is 2.74, I had missed a lot of school do to my being sick. I was going to take classes next month to boost my GPA back up.
Do you all think that they would they still hire me?

The hting is that I had a small money deposit on a bank and on the same bank i've a credit card. The credit card I've been paying for a while in parts yet I HAVE payed it... Suddenly on sunday, I went to the cashier to take out some of the money on my acount and there was NONE left. I asked the bank and they said that for I hadn't completed my credit card's payments, they had, with no order/right taken out the money from my savings acount and paid becaus they wanted to, the credit card,,, Now I speak with the manager who treats me like I was some form of mentalley disabled person by consantly repeatin "you do not understand". I wnet to use my credit card today AND, they told me it'd been canceled! So, I called the @|¬ manager again and he said that he'd canceled it because he wanted to and that I had still to pay my debt which was supposedly payed by my savings! (complicated huh?). When I at least asked for the written record of these transactions, he denied it! What should I do???

After being conned by a so-called friend in the mortgage business, I had to go bankrupt, in turn losing, two rental homes. Now the home I live in had a 2/28 arm mortgage and it just so happens that the 2 yrs was up right at the time of my bankrupcty. No one told me that after having two forclosures no my record, I wouldnt not be able to refinance. Now my payment is up over 1500 a month when it originally started at around 900. What I need to know is if it is possible to work with the lender to just give the house up, they have already made a looot of money off of me. I know my credit is already trashed so that is no concern to me anymore. I am moving out of state and need to get rid of all this headache. Its been almost 3 and a half yrs that all this has been haunting me. Thanks. Dave

As I have stated in the question, her credit score is 560. She wants to refinance and buy me out. Our house appraised at $170,000 so my half after payoff would be around $31,284. However, she has been trying to raise her score but I am very doubtful it will happen. Is there a mortgage company that will loan 100% loan value with a credit score that low?? Thanks and please answer ASAP!!

I have noticed that Wal-Mart has more controversy than any other discount retailers? There are websites about Why Wal-Mart is not a good place to work and shop and on the television shows The Simpons and King of the Hill, Wal-Mart has become a parody. On the Simpsons, it is known as Sprawl-Mart and on King of the Hill it is known as Mega Lo Mart. Jib Jab even Joked about Wal-Mart calling it the Big Box Mart in an animated cartoon
.
My question is, why is Wal-Mart have more conterversy than other discount stores and are often in the news for the way the store is operated to who actually shops at Wal-Mart?

I work two jobs (one full time and one part time) and with my medical conditions I miss a lot of work per month. Will they garnish both of my paychecks or can they only do one? I have been sending this lawyer checks for $10 - $25 per month what I can honestly afford to pay this debt. I'm also in the process of paying off my bankruptcy lawyer to get the case filed in court (They don't know this). Do you think there is a chance that if I call the lawyer they will work out something with me so my paychecks don't get garnished? My mother did this once with her's and it worked. I'm just worried because I'm going to honestly end up on the streets in about two months if I can't stop it. Any suggestions here please?
I posted this another place and only got two responses. I live in the Kansas City, Missouri area. Is there someone I can call to talk to these guys about making payment arrangements. They refused to take payment's prior to court but I sent money anyway.

Maternity coverage (usually at 100% coverage) is usually included in most health benefit coverages and yet only applies to a small fraction of the people who have health coverage. It's also the highest malpractice specialty out there. Should those people who are over a certain age, or know they cannot or will not have children be forced to pay for coverage they know they'll never use? Should it be optional?

I have a client who owes his previous accountant money. She is holding his documents & he is not able to file his Corp & Individual return. He knows he needs to pay the money. Is there any legal recourse he can take because it is unprofessional & I thought accountants were not allowed to hold your documents hostage.
