The hting is that I had a small money deposit on a bank and on the same bank i've a credit card. The credit card I've been paying for a while in parts yet I HAVE payed it... Suddenly on sunday, I went to the cashier to take out some of the money on my acount and there was NONE left. I asked the bank and they said that for I hadn't completed my credit card's payments, they had, with no order/right taken out the money from my savings acount and paid becaus they wanted to, the credit card,,, Now I speak with the manager who treats me like I was some form of mentalley disabled person by consantly repeatin "you do not understand". I wnet to use my credit card today AND, they told me it'd been canceled! So, I called the @|¬ manager again and he said that he'd canceled it because he wanted to and that I had still to pay my debt which was supposedly payed by my savings! (complicated huh?). When I at least asked for the written record of these transactions, he denied it! What should I do???

Ok, were your payments completely and 100% up to date. If they were, then the bank had no right to take your money. You were fulfilling your agreement with the bank. However, if you were behind on payment(s) and had a history of being behind, then the bank probably got you on something that was in the credit card agreement.

Look at it this way, you are being weened from credit cards. Get away from them, they are a waste of money. Get a check card and don't look back. Find a different bank too. One with a bit better customer service.

File a complaint with the banking regulators.
If it is a state bank - FDIC - www.fdic.gov
if it is a national bank - OCC - www.occ.gov
