What about the other men she ignores . is this something trivial or major , even if she finds certian men under hot ,she should keep a check on her self.Why are we told to do Team work and all the other things

Sex and flirting at the work place is never a good thing, but usually it's not explosive.
If you get a superior flirting w/ their subordinates, then you've got an explosive situation. At best, it's a major loss of respect for the boss. Worse yet, accusations of sexual harassment and even rape are possible.
Think of it this way -- if the boss was a guy, and he was flirting w/ his subordinate employees, how long before those serious allegations would be leveled? About 10 minutes is a conservative answer......
It'd take this as your hint to go look elsewhere -- either for a transfer to a boss you can respect (and you have no respect for her, right?) or an entirely different employer. Get out before stuff hits the fan.

Does she treat all the females the same? If not confront her and speak to her boss (she will have some explaining to do).
If she does the same with the females IE treats some better than others then all you can do is prove you are worthy of being noticed.

Umm..female bosses (or male bosses for that matter)--shouldn't be flirting with anybody! It's potential sexual harassment and if HR gets involved that supervisor is going to be in a lot of trouble. If it's truly bothering you--then you should definitely bring it up with your HR office and let them get involved.

she should not be acting like that. should could get into trouble for that. or things could go further, if she doesn't wtch herself. ppl like that have a problem with themselves, cannot control themselves, or they r unloved and need loads of attention i.e. everyone. just ignore them and keep urself right, ur not missing anything!!!
