The longest I have slept is 5 hours. Oops.

I don't see how it's so bad.

I'm 25 and just got out of the navy. I'm about to start full time at a very prestigious hospital known nationwide. I cant find any part time positions doing what i do.....a medical assistant. I eventually want to go to medical school as soon as I'm done with undergrad in about 3 years or so being the age I am, I dont have time or semesters to waste going part time. But I'd hate to have to leave this job being the hospital that it is. Any advice on the likelihood of doing well in both going full time?? Anybody thats going through it or has been thru it??

My account type was recently changed at my branch and did not advise me about this nor did I ask for it. At least it's for the better as I'll be saving money on withdrawal fees, however I do find it odd that this would be changed without them telling me. I am suspicious that one of my nosy family members was involved (it has happened at this bank before, when I was a legal adult). What do you think?

today i was at working executing some test scripts when the president of my company came into my cube and asked me what i was working on. i blurted out for some reason (i just came out i couldn't control it), "don't worry, you greedy suit, how about you come back and ask after you wiped your a$s with all that money that i'm whoring out to you." and then he said (like a coward) "i earned my position! i have worked for 20 years so i could form a profitable company and have people work for me! how dare you insult me in such a manner!" then i was startled so i said, "you are greedy and don't deserve your money" then the asshole told me to leave his company and never come back. do i have a lawsuit? why does he have all the money when i have nothing? because i have nothing i deserve to be compensated.

I have been at my current place of employment for 5 years. In the past year I bid and got a job in a different department. I went from being in a team of 20 people down to 4. I am a grandmother, my new coworkers are almost 20 years younger than me. They all get along well, talk etc. However when I enter our area (all sit in one room, one shared phone) I get ignored. When they need to pass along information to me, instead of talking they instant message me.
My previous coworkers all tell me I am no longer my happy cheerful self. My hubby, children, and even previous coworkers hate to call me about anything in this new position as they all have said they are treated with a rude manner and are given very short curt answers.
I have talked to my boss various times and he has noticed this as well (so its not in my head).
So do you think I should stick it out....or start looking for another job elsewhere??

I know this is a tough question. I'm about to buy a condo in a couple months in Los Angeles county in CA (first time buyer!). I'm going to apply for a loan next week because the interest rate is low now, probably due to the November election

It seems there are 2 different opinions though. One says I have to wait until the housing prices go down, probably within a year, while another says housing prices will not drop, so I have to buy a home now.

Recently I've seen some listed homes don't sell for months. Would this situation cause the prices drop in a few months? Or, as some experts say, the drop in housing prices would not occur? I want to hear some advice from someone who knows the market.
