a higher up employee at the job is mistreating employees that she teaches. i have went one step above her, but no result have came from that.. i would like to know the name of the group that helps employees against employers and protect from mistreatment.. thanks

also.. this is not only happening to one person .. so it s my own battle to so please dont tell me to stay out of it cause its affecting me to and i want to take action

Try the EEOC. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. They are a division of the Department of Labor and handle discrimination cases and hostile work environment situations. If it is an issue with pay or employees working off of the clock, the Department of Labor in your state would handle it.

Also, try going to Human Resources first and make sure to document it. (Who, when, what, where, why) It is the job of Human Resources to handle internal complaints. If they retaliate against you (illegal) and you document all of the above, you have a more solid claim with the EEOC.

If you plan to keep working then STAY OUT OF THIS .. let the other employees fight their own battles. You are NOT going to get far in this...

i dont know about a group but you can file a grevience
