There's no scruples anymore...days used to be that a person would be rewarded according to their merit...those days seem to have been long since past...it doesn't matter how hard you work, or what kind of example you set...all that matters is how much you can rub the boss the right way...when clearly all your coworkers can see how unscrupulous you are...as well nowadays people try to be "politically correct"...not using their own minds to make decisions but going by what others tell them or by policies that are laid down...this sort of behavior is reprehensible, yet it continues and seems to be growing...there is probably no easy answer here...I suppose we have to let nature take its' course...I just wonder how bad it will get before it can't get any worse...
