Hi,I would like to know the official name of the type of insurance one buys for like a nickel a day when the baby is small and the premium stays the same and then when the child is ready to go to college, it is worth a lot. Or some advice on ways to spend little now but have a lot in 20 years, for my DGD. thanks

I just married an American and came to the US as a legal immigrant. I do not speak any English. What kind of a job (only legal and honorable) can a Chinese lady find in the USA? Thanks for your suggestions.

The other night I posted a question about selling a home on our own. My husband and I are trying it right now. But if we don't have any luck we're going to go with a real estate agent after the holidays.

I want to go with Foxtons. Not only for the lower commission, I really like the way they present homes on their website, compared to other companies.

But here's my problem ... my husband's nephew just go his real estate license. He doesn't work for Foxtons and he wants to sell our house when the time comes.

I don't want to use him though because I don't want him to know our personal and financial business.

So that's my question ... what information is the agent able to access about the sellers?

Thanks in advance -

I used my debit card several times to put about $100 of gas in my car. I got a letter today from a collection agency saying that I owe $600 in overdraft fees and penalties. Each time I went to the pump, and slid my card, the pump said the purchase was authorized. Now the collection agent is saying that my card was approved so "you wouldn't be embarrassed". It seems to me like this is a scam to steal money from me. Shouldn't my card have been declined if I didn't have enough money in my account? I admit I was stupid for not checking my account balance more carefully, but I don't think the fault is all mine. And I might understand if this happened once and they didn't catch it; but I put gas in my car several times and each time the pump said "authorized". The collection agency says I must pay overdraft fees plus penalties for each time I pumped gas. Is it illegal from them to do this since the pump said "authorized"? What should I do to stand up for my rights in this situation?

I have several counts of Misdemeanor and got arrested 2x a year ago. Now im applying for a job and I dont know if I should take the risk or not because I already have another offer. The job i want is asking for a 2nd interview. If the employment application says " have you ever been convicted of a felony" I checked NO because I never have. But if they do a background check, will the misdemeanor effect my eligibility? please let me know I dont know if I should mention this issue to the CFO and HR manager and give it a try (since i didnt lie on my application) OR just save the embarressment and accept the other job offer. please help thanks!

I dont know if any are familiar with Robert Kyosaki but he has some great books. I read a couple of them and its changed my way of thinking. The things he says make so much sense. I guess I wanted to know if any one had any good advice.

I own an apartment building in a nice neighborhood. I wanted to re-finance the building. The appraiser, who was hired by the lender, and lives 2 hours away went into the bad neighborhood two miles away from my property, and used those as comps. Not too much has been sold in my hood for a couple years. he came in about half the value. Can I sue him? Who do I sue. This is 100s of thousands $$$ of loss. He is comparing my property, to those in crack neighborhoods. WHAT CAN I DO??

So, now I'm too lazy to actually goto marketers and companies to produce the product in bulk and then mass market it. I mean I could make a lot of money this way too, but I want to reap the benefits now, where can I find a few people, or maybe an auction, where or who can pay me a lot of money now for this rather than me having to wait forever for the money to come in?

I opened an account with chase bank because they were convenient and they failed to mail a payment to my credit card company and now my credit card payment is late, the interest has gone way up and I cannot prove to them it is their fault. They are telling me the the credit card company did not cash their check, then they said I had the wrong account number in on online banking, so I checked it over and the correct number is there. Then they mailed double payments out of an old account and my new chase account to my chase credit card. They are soooooo FIRED!
They are costing me a fortune and will not fess up and I am unable to sleep until all my checks come in and I have closed the account. Help
