My ex employer found out I was fiddling my overtime, and privately prosecuted me. The amount was £140, 200 Euros or $280. I was not sent to prison, but had to do 180 hours unpaid work, and repay the £140. I have since learnt that this is called an "unspent" conviction, and will not come off my record for 5 years. How can I tell any potential employer? If they dont ask thats kewl, but 99% do. Anybody got any ideas on how I should word it.
My boss was gay and kept coming on to me, but I rejected his advances, so he brought this "crime" to light as revenge.
I am also stuck for references. If anyone would give me a reference and owns a firm in Croydon, Sth London UK please email me at TheCroydonExperiance@hotmail.com.

Ok, Stan produces peanuts. His workers want raises and more benefits. In order to do so, he must raise the price of peanuts. The next year, the employees want more benefits and raises so Stan has to raise prices. The cost of gas and other products Stan uses also goes up and Stan has to increase prices even more.
How can we keep our prices competative with other countries if we want more and more?

This is a situation I hear from an intern in a lab at uc berkeley. This boss is a profesor. She micromanages, manipulates, threatens, insults, and harrass the students and people that works for and around her. Very similar to the sitcom tv show "the office", except it is serious. Students have approached the department head and he has had meetings with her about her conduct. It has subsided for a short time, but she is back to her old ways. They are afraid to do anything just because they need her for letter of rec for grad schools, med schools, jobs, etc... Any suggestions for what these people working in her lab should do?
Thanks in advance for my friends in this lab from hell.

I have health insurance coverage by Anthem. Recently I've been reading about Pharmacy Benefit Managers and how a lot of their business is Mail order. I read they squeeze margins and take away business from retail pharmacy. But what I don't understand is, from a patient's perspective, how does this work? Do they have their insurance like Anthem, and then also Medco? Or is Medco their insurance? So a patient goes to their doctor and gets a prescription. Usually they'd then go to their pharmacy and pick it up, pay a co-pay while their insurance covers the rest. Where does Medco come in with their competing mail order? What's the difference between health insurance and these pharmacy benefit managers? Please keep your answer in the perspective of the patient. I've read about it from the business angle and I'm confused as hell to how it works. Thanks in advance!!

We signed a lease over a year ago and it expired and we never recieved a copy of it after asking several times for it. My landlord says we have acrued many late fees and that is why I won't get my deposit back. Is there anything I can do about getting my deposit back? And also, they say were owe for damages that were done before we moved in.

Hi, I took out a car finance package 2 years ago and have dsicovered only recently it is not the package I asked for.
Both my company and I believed it to be a PCP (Personal COntract Purchase) plan instead of a lease purchase.
The lease company I now believe pushes the lease purchase as there are no legal brake clauses in it.
I have proven this is the case by ringing anonymously for a PCP quote and again I have been sent a lease purchase heavily disguised as a PCP.
My question is ... where could I go from here? Would the FSA be keen to know about this?
My early termination policy is being examined at present but I fear that may be wriggled out of to.
Many thanks

Dan

The manager of a well reputed company in san jose, CA has a free baby-sitter *** supervisor. . Harrassing the employees, teasing them, passing dirty coments and ultimately getting them fired has become her hobby. Me and a lady X were the only two employees from one country in that big department . The lady X became the target of this supervisor. ( I sincerely very much regret to use the language, but these are the actual words stated to have been used by that supervisor) The solution to all her problems is to go to left or right cabin of senior officers and stretch her legs there. Spreadsing sex related rumers. She got fired. What kind of women she is. Some time I used to look at her. I became the target of the manager & she gave me from one single to 70 accounts. Although I sweared that there is nothing like that. I started having back pain & neck pain for 3 years. I have medical record. I resigned. Attorneys said I have no case. It is the case of general public. Please find solution
