today i was at working executing some test scripts when the president of my company came into my cube and asked me what i was working on. i blurted out for some reason (i just came out i couldn't control it), "don't worry, you greedy suit, how about you come back and ask after you wiped your a$s with all that money that i'm whoring out to you." and then he said (like a coward) "i earned my position! i have worked for 20 years so i could form a profitable company and have people work for me! how dare you insult me in such a manner!" then i was startled so i said, "you are greedy and don't deserve your money" then the asshole told me to leave his company and never come back. do i have a lawsuit? why does he have all the money when i have nothing? because i have nothing i deserve to be compensated.

I WAS EXECUTING TEST SCRIPTS. YOU DO NOT INTERRUPT ME WHEN I AM EXECUTING TEST SCRIPTS. DO NOT DISTURB DURING TEST SCRIPT EXECUTION.

He's probably a liberal loser.

Also, you switch jobs pretty quick. I'm impressed.

Einstein once said "There is a formula
A=X+Y+Z
where A is success, X is knowledge, Y is hard work, and Z is keep your mouth shut." You were probably fired over Z.

With regards to your lawsuit, most states have at-will employment, meaning that either the employer or employee can terminate the employment at any time (unless there's a contract or discrimination involved). You can check with a lawyer if you want, but I don't see either in your details. You may, however right or wrong, qualify for unemployment. Check with your state's website for details.

Sign the tab in certain Midtown eateries and your neighbors’ eyes slide over. Is that a $48,000 Michel Perchin pen? What’s on your wrist – a $300,000 Breguet watch? In Palm Springs and Bel Air, $100,000 twin-turbo Porsches and $225,000 Ferraris buzz the warm streets. In New York at an exclusive Morell & Company auction last May, a single magnum of Dom Perignon champagne was sold for $5,750. And there are the paintings of course - one evening at auction two Monets sold for $43 million. Hotel rooms, anyone, at $10,000 a night? Estate agents in suburbs of Dallas and Palm Beach have advertised baronial homes for sale at over $40 million.

These are prices paid by the exceptionally wealthy, the folks who skim the pages of the Robb Report (average annual salary of subscribers: $1.2 million) in whose glossy pages are reviewed the best of everything. In a recent issue a southern plantation is advertised, "everybody's dream," at $8.5 million. Is this what you deserve because you have nothing? We EARN what we have. There's no free lunch.

By historical accounts this is a nation of persistent and resilient people with an unshakable mission: the pursuit of happiness. This idea of happiness is largely connected with wealth (and this connection has long philosophic roots). It is a nation of ambitious people with notions of unfettered future growth, a nation that celebrates abundance. There seems to be no reason anyone should be deprived of luxury, if s/he works hard.

Bottom Line: Never show disrespect for any employer, regardless of your personal opinions about them and/or the organization they represent. Employers, especially those giving an opportunity to learn, to understand, to perhaps someday trade shoes with the employer within the same industry, as they do communicate (network) with each other about prospective candidates. Make sure that this networking between employers keeps you in a positive light.

I would just guess that no, you don't have a reason to sue the guy. I think your initial comment, just maybe, guarenteed your boot out the door. And he has all the money because it's a capitalist society. That's how things generally work. Who wants to invest time, money, and *gasp* some hard work, when they have to split the pot with some guy that started working for them last year? It wouldn't happen. I'm sure you know all of this already, but I thought I'd restate it outloud.

Lawsuit for what? Jobs now days are at will employment. Meaning they'll fire your a$$ however and whenever they want to without cause.

Don't worry-South Winds tell me that in the next life you get to have the money and be the leader! You will be compensated with karma for all your gripe and smart a$$ mouth! Until then, enjoy!

You were justly fired and you know it. You do not deserve to be compensated...you deserve to work just as hard to earn what money you make and when you are rich and have people working for you, then and only then can you say you deserve anything that you have.

"Nothing worth having comes without work"

Yeah you should treat people with respect no matter who they are. Insubordination does not a productive work environment create. I think if you look at your words, the answer is self-evident. You had a bad attitude and you were rude to your boss... thats the last person you want to piss off..

No-- you have no lawsuit. You were completely out of line by saying what you said.
If i had been your boss-- i would have canned you too
you have a bad attitude
the world does not owe you anything

Why do you deserve anything? A lawyer would laugh you out of his office if you said you wanted to sue over this....you started being a disrespecful jerk first....I would have fired you too.

There are several answers to this question. First, I suspect it is because you are ignorant. Second, Your an ***. I also bet you probably stink and live in a trailer park.
