In addition to knowledge of the company and job (obviously), the #1 thing I can suggest is go into it with questions of your own as if you have the job. This shows you are so interested in doing it you want to know everything there will be to do.
"What are the top 5 things to do in a day?"
"Of the responsibilities/projects I'm given, how much of my own experience/insight/ideas can I contribute and put into play?
"I would like to take the opportunity to meet with each group/department I will be working with to understand how we integrate. Can this be part of my training?"
Any other questions really depend on the market you're in.

visiting job sites or forums for having an idea of expereinces that other guys have is a good idea before going to an iterview. I have been in similar situation when i was only 15 and i have to attend an iteview in Pakistan Navy and believe me 5 uniform officers all of them were above Commander rank when i entered the room and saw a bench of officers in uniform having golden strips on shoulders i lost my breath after few seconds i tought my self that "Ok man you are not getting this job you are here to have a good experience of an interview" after it i was a little calm and when they started firing their questions i started listening them calmly and replied up to my best and believe me i passed that interview. actually most of the times these sort of interviews take place to test the strength of candidate that how can he handle the stress how much patience he has, how does he behaves when a guy miss behaves him. Dont reply them if you dont have the answer of a question, just applogies them if you dont know the answer. and they key of success is confidence and patience, listen the question carefully dont let any thing come to your mind while in interview, think about it and answer the question. look into the eyes of inteview officer while listening him dont look here and there. and best of luck.

Look each one in the eye. Try to make each one feel like they connected with you best. Your qualifications got you in the door - it will be their desire to want to work with you that gets the job.
