Mother has never reported getting alimony from my father for whatever reason. What kind of trouble can she get into, as I know alimony counts towards income? I wish to report this but wonder what trouble it may cause to her new husband.

I want to know about the estimated demand of Carbonated Soft Drinks in Pakistan and in particular for PET bottles and want to know Coke & Pepsi's sales fy'06 and their own bottlers production capacities and production figures for year 2006. How big is the demand supply gap and can COke & Pepsi eliminate this gap by heavy investment themselves or they will still use independent bottlers because of the increasing demand. DO Coke & Pepsi import bottles or preforms for meeting the demand -supply gap (if any) and are they coming up with huge expansion plans eliminating independent bottlers in Pakistan

I'm currently 30 yrs old and I'm finishing my undergrad degree this year. Since I'm already a little older I decided to go ahead and get an MBA. I have a few years of work experience(3 yrs in army, 2 yra as a radio dj, etc...) but nothing really related to buiness mgmt. I have been accepted to a small, but respected, state school. Do you think I should get my MBA now or wait? If I do go do you think that I'll get a decent job with a good salary?

........i always wanted to work in the media industry , in the creative dept. , recently i got a job in the same industry but not in the creative dpt. but in back office , *(DATA MANGEMENT) which i absolute hate to do , the management says tht they could transfer me in the creative dpt. only if there is vacancy , or compeleting 6 months in the Co. ..........now i am confused wht should i do , its just been a week in the new job .......should i stay or quit ......however it the best Advt. My investigation revealed that the initial LLC was never dissolved and that its membership was still the legal owners. The person that I signed and financed with assured that all past members had resigned. I brought them all together and the attorney of record said that they were still the rightful owners and that I could only hope for a cash settlement. He advised that I could list my funds as a loan or as an investor. Which is more advantageous, to list as a loan or as an investor or to take legal action against the person who mis represented the LLC's status?
Through my efforts the LLC had 2 successful quarters, well over 6 figures each and is currently in the post bid proceedings for a contract worth apporximately 6.25 million dollars. Now the original owners are atempting to minimize my contributions and want to offer a payback of invested monies only, if the contract is awarded.
What is my best course for handling this quagmire? Robert
