If yes, why? I can't vote in the state. Isn't that "taxation without representation"?

Sorry, but the inability to vote has never been a legal defense against paying taxes. Minors, felons, and non-residents all have to pay taxes. You will have to file an Arkansas return, specifically forms AR1000NR if received any income from Arkansas sources.

All the states with income taxes want money, surprised? If you live in TX where there is no state income tax then you can file a non-resident return for AK and pay them taxes on what you earn there. Sorry about that.
