I list them, low prices...no sales. I start them out sometimes at one cent hoping to draw attention to them, still no sales.I check my sales sites and they are there for me,,,,,but that's in "my ebay" of course they are going to be there for me. My question is can any of you bring them up on your screen? PLEASE, could some of you try and then comment back if you could or not,,,this is really unsettling for me, because it is my only source of income and my income the past few weeks has been neck and neck with ZERO!! YOU WOULD REALLY BE HELPING ME TO A MUCH LARGER DEGREE THAN YOU COULD POSSIBLY EVEN IMAGINE!!! They are listed under my user name....wilkins260.Thank you, very sincerely,

Apartment communities in the U.S. have a standard clause in lease agreements, giving the management unlimited access to enter any apartment anytime (just like the ex-Soviet Union!), and although they say they exercise this right only in cases of emergency, I have witnessed several cases where a maintenance person just barged into my apartment.
What constitutes an emergency? Isn't this a violation of individual's rights of privacy and even hygiene?

Lease agreements also embody another clause where it says the apartment community cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings in the apartments -which would make sense if they did not have the right to send maintenance personel into people's homes in their absence: isn't this authority vulnerable to misuse?

I was denied for an apartment on the grounds that my prospective landlord called my current residence and asked the landlord there if he was aware of the fact that my boyfriend was living with me. He said no. According to the prospective landlord this constitutes dishonesty and is grounds for denial. The kicker is my boyfriend does NOT live with me. Nor did I ever say to the prospective landlord that he did. I said that he would be living with me when I moved, not right now. I have a roommate right now and she is on the lease. Everything here is legit. I knew that the prospective landlord wanted a reason to deny us because she went on and on about how we weren't married on the phone and also mentioned several times about "If he has a criminal record...." (referring to my boyfriend) Not only do neither of us have a criminal record, but we have five degrees between us. This is insane. She had the audacity to claim that I said something that I did not say. What do I do?

and supposedly believe in the Golden Rule, actually backstab, play politics, judge, gossip, and screw over their neighbors worse than anyone else? Then they often knowingly twist and distort the truth to make themselves look righteous?

I am drawing this from a 36 year period living in the bible belt.

We live next to two schools, and the school department is looking to tear them down and build a bigger new one. We just got a letter in the mail asking if we would be interested in selling our house in order for them to expand the site. Would they necessarily give us more than the value of the house because they specifically want this land? I'm curious why people would every say yes to this unless they ended up getting a great deal. Also, what are the chances that they're just able to take it (eminent domain) ??

I need to take my husband to Urgent Care this morning....he has had a leg injury that is unexplained, and back of calf has turned yellow. I am fearing a blood clot. I am in transistion of employment, and my insurance has lapsed. I carried our family insurance since it was a better deal than my husbands plan. We are now going back on his insurance, but are in the middle of paperwork, proof of my insurance ending to pick his back up. It's just a matter of a day's worth of red tape, but now this is Sunday, and I feel the need to take him to the Urgent Care facility. If he needs hospitalization, treatment, surgery, WE ARE NOT COVERED right at this particular moment, and our luck just seems to run like this. Is there anything anyone might be able to suggest, or are we just going to have to eat the big bucks not having any insurance at this time???

I bought a home several years ago and there was a bait and switch at the closing. The mortgage company, DHI Mortgage, slapped me with $300+ per mth. of PMI and I was stuck. They assured me that the PMI could be removed within 6-12 mths. They sold the loan to Countrywide and they did remove the PMI, but without my knowledge put it back on several mths. later AND took the payments out of my escrow acct. which caused my mortgage to skyrocket from $1300 to $2900 a month because they said DHI never paid the PMI - even though I paid it every month. Here's the catch - DHI never disclosed any terms of the PMI to me at the closing AND I have in writing DHI admitting this. In other words neither mortgage company has a signed disclosure from me about the PMI but Countrywide refuses to take it off and think they can supercede Federal Law. My home was appraised in 2005, and the value is way below the 80% mark which is the guideline for PMI in the first place. Now I am in finacial ruins. HELP
