I've just decided that its time to move on from my job. However, I'm also planning to get pregnant in the next few months. I have a renal condition, and happen to know that my insurance coverage will cover me for everything I will need during my pregnancy, and even a transplant after that will be necessary. I'm afraid if I start job hunting now, I will A) not have as good insurance, and B) not be able to get pregnant until I've settled into the new company. What should I do???

I've heard that you may not be required by law to ask for annual leave for a job interview at another company.
Have already given a weeks notice and given the date and time, but they're asking me to use up my last allocated day left!
In which case I will probably run out and be very restricted as to what dates I can attend future interviews..

Hi. I am in the process of buying a home. The seller is calling me and my mortgage broker 2-3 times a day asking for a closing date. My broker just told me that the only final condition is the payment history on my student loans. I just got out of school and consolidated my loans and put them in deferrment. They are including the payment in my monthly debt even though my 1st payment on the student loans isn't until Dec. 06. Therefore, there is no payment history. My broker said Underwriting was using that as my payment history as I don't have any other credit card debt. My car was paid off 1 1/2 yrs ago. Will this make my loan fall apart? Is there anything I can do to speed up the loan so the seller will back off? The house is a REALLY good deal! Help. Experienced answerers only. Thanks!

My question is, how easy or hard, would it be to lie on an application that I already have my degree and get away with it?
Do most employers really track down to see if you actually have an associates? Or do most employers treat it like a high school diploma and just not look into it?

i was quoted a mortgage rate and received paperwork from lender
stating all terms and interest rate..no problem there..

however, the seller changed the closing date several times and will be past the 45 day rate / terms lock in date ...i will be closing this coming wednesday on my first home purchase and my lender just informed me that they ran my credit reports again and that there was a significant change that will affect my interest rate....they pulled experian, trans union and equifax....somehow within the last 45 days since it was previously pulled my equifax file split and with the exception of some recently obtained credit cards, everything else going back to 1992 has disappeared off equifax lowering my equifax fico score from 680 to 610....

is there anyway i can back out of the deal which was contingent on financing? because of the equifax split file, which will take time to correct, my monthly payment will be going from 875.00 a month to 1150.00 a month.....

Hi! Has anyone out there in Yahoo! Answers land ever done a course with Skills Train or indeed has enrolled on The Complete Accounts Professional - Line 50? Or are you already a qualified Bookkeeper?
I've just enrolled on the course which looks excellent, though hard work!
The course was quite expensive so I'm going to be on a tight budget for 3 years (!) but I'm hoping to get a better job at the end of it all!
What are your experiences?

Er, perhaps, tell me if this is a low, average or high salary for a 22 year old. The person took 2 years off of school and almost has their associates degree. They take 16 credit hours per semester. For two years, they have worked a full time (40 hr a week) tech job and make $31,000.

Low, average or high for that age group?
