That is a GREAT salary for a non-degreed 22 year old.

Basicaly, $31k for a 22 y/o that doesn't yet have a college degree? A bit high and somewhat suprising but mainly because of only having the high school degree.
Check out: http://swz.salary.com/salarywizard/layouthtmls/swzl_narrowbrief_MS01.html
which will provide you some good basis for evaluating. Area where the person lives is also important. If they are on either coast in a major metro area, $31k is more likely. If they are in Iowa and making that.... wow.
I Hope this was helpful.
Take Care,
TBG

you're in college and 22 and can't figure that out? I wish I was in your shoes. You must be either a genius or totally inept socially... meeting a girl is easy. Start a casual conversation (i.e you smell great, what is that? or do you like coffee, tea or me? Being funny is probably the best pick up beginning and remember that open ended questions are probably the best... they start a back and forth conversation) If you are sincere no matter what you look like you WILL meet girls. Try to find a girl who has you same interests and hit on them when you are doing something you like to do... like skiing or the library or what ever it is you like to do. Being good looking helps because some or maybe even most girls are very superficial unless they are well adjusted to themselves which is a rarity... but when you do find one who isn't ... well that is the best type to have a relationship with. , If you meet a girl who only like your looks enjoy it while it lasts because you will tire of her and that will be that. Be yourself and remember to SHOWER!

I know a girl who got her EEBS and was hired by the time she was 20. She was a star performer and had been promoted twice by the time she was 22. She was making $87K/yr, but she got a fellowship to get pursue her Law Degree so now she earns her full salary + $30K/yr stiped to go to school full time at 23.
Then again, she got a 1600 on her SAT.

Since you have yet to actually complete your degree, this is a high salary, you will, of course, get a pay hike when you complete your degree, and given the amount of experience, the number of hours you put in and your field, this ought to be fairly significant... given that I assume you are paying most of your own expenses at this point, this seems reasonable

I'd say for someone who doesn't even have an associates degree (yet), that it is a high salary. However, being a tech job, its probably average.

don't know where you live; salaries vary by state, but that's not bad for a 22 yr old working for 2 yrs who doesn't have a degree yet.
