Wal-Mart price and merchandise wise. Target is a step up from Wal-Mart and K-mart is a step down.

Big Lots, Wal-Mart, and then Target are cheaper in that order.

Wal-mart has more options of brands to pick out of per product and you can get a cheaper price by getting cheaper brands. Target has less in stock to begin with.

Wal-Mart has lower prices. Target is trying to move up to a higher scale. Wall-Mart is just trying to squeeze their suppliers until they bleed.

I think wal-mart is cheaper because wal-mart is full of low lives, and babies screaming, and even if wal-mart has lower prices, it is still a scum pit. In my opinion, Target has low prices & a decent enviornment.[i hope YOU dont shop at wal-mart, and if you do, no offence.]
