My question is whether the LTV is based on the appraisal amount or the purchase amount. So in other words, me and my fiance are going to put no down payment, will our LTV be considered 100% no matter what the appraisal comes out to be. I checked the auditor's website for the property and its market price that it appraised for LAST YEAR was almost 20k more than they are asking for.

I was layed off from work 3 weeks ago. Since that day I have put my resume in everywhere in this city. I have faxed at least 40 resumes out to people, not to mention the numerous ones I have submitted by email. I am also with temp agencies. I am skilled as a receptionist & am willing to do anything clerical. There doesn't seem to be any jobs in this area altho in the paper there seem to be plenty. I have applied to them all, even some that I know I wasn't qualified for. Am I doing something wrong ? My resume is clear & concise. I need to pay bills & it is affecting my marriage now because my husband has also been out of work the last 3 weeks. He can't find a job either. What in the world do I do about paying rent, electric, phone, & all the things you would need to survive ? I'm in the Lancaster, Pa. area. I am open to any suggestions. I don't know how else to go about getting a job with my skills other than what I have already done.

I have been contemplating starting up a consulting service for some time. The basic idea is to offer a range of creative solutions for services (i.e. marketing, personal life - love - happiness, etc.) The fee of course would be dependent upon the amount of work required to give a specific answer. This is similiar to the Yahoo! Answers program but is quite a bit more in-depth with research and is geared to giving the consumer multiple ideas and solutions via any medium of their choosing (also tailored to the consumer and not a wide group of people such as Yahoo! Answers). What are your thoughts? Any person out there interested in making this a reality?

Do many people try different jobs before they find the perfect one? Do you know any people who already knew exactly what they wanted to work as soon as they finished college?

It's in Huntingon, WV, also where Marshall University is. The town consists of an older generation and the other 1/2 college students. The population is of 60k and the place of where we'd be is free of rent (my grandmothers commercial property), but we'd have to pay for renovations.

Ok heres the thing... I work in a small city in a small health field. Ive heard that employers can only ask start date, end date, and would you rehire that individual. I left because of personal reasons. The former employer is prominate in the community esp. in the health field I work in. I know legally they can't slander you but they can behind closed door and you would never be able to prove it. I don't really know what to say in the interview why I left, except that I need more challenges, what if my answer doesn't match my former employers response???
One person said to call the HR managar and ask them what they are telling employers that may be calling?

My man and I plan on moving to Nashville later this year, and we're wondering what are some recommended apartments? We do not want to live in the ghetto, and we are looking in the $600-$700 a month price range. We would also consider living in an affordable house. So what are some areas we should look at?

A few of my friends and I plan to pool in a fixed amount of money each month and invest in the stock market each month. For this purpose, we want to setup a company in order to be able to correctly channel each person's taxes.

Furthermore down the line, we plan to invest in purchasing real estate which will be purchased through this entity.

What would be the best for for corporation/partnership to suit my purpose?
