and supposedly believe in the Golden Rule, actually backstab, play politics, judge, gossip, and screw over their neighbors worse than anyone else? Then they often knowingly twist and distort the truth to make themselves look righteous?
I am drawing this from a 36 year period living in the bible belt.

Its inherent in their beliefs... when others don't believe what you believe.... kill them. Crusades?
In our society, maybe killing isn't as easily accepted, but belittling and demeaning and emotionally "killing" them is ok in their minds. don't worry. when they die, they'll find the truth.

Wow! It is so much easier to judge another than to see ourselves honestly for our part in things... No, that isnt getting after you - it is about your question. The bible indicates that strife (starting rumors or continuing them) is hated by God and considered a terrible offense. Sounds like the devil is winning his war fast when his followers attend church! You too are being judgemental. Pray for them! Ask God to help them (and you) live a life more pleasing to God. Just think, if all people came to know God and lived a Christian lifestyle (or buddah, etc.) the world would be much improved, yes? It is hardest to pray for your enemies! Just do it.

Basically we have seen corrupted Pastors, Homosexual Priests who sexually abused altar boys...etc
A lot of people have perception that all christians are good and pastors should be closer to heaven and God. That is not true. There had always been cults, Satanic Establishments, Jehovah Witnesses who pass themselve as alternative christian organizations but let's not forget that evil will always be around us.
Since you're into it, I believe porn and adult networks are acts of the devil. But do you know that the porn industry is largely controlled by Jews.
My suggestion is just be true to yourself and your believes and let us not pass judgement. Let God do it. It's His job.

they think they are better then everyone else for loving god and everything, so they think they can go off an do anything they want even tho they say they are against it, its like the republicans
