My property taxes just went up ($300 monthly) because I dont show the house I bought a year ago as my primary residence. I purchased the house for my mom because of her bad credit. Since I still show my own house as my residence, and my mom is not on the mortgage, how can I show her as primary resident and not as my 2nd home. She pays part of the mortgage. I just dont want her as a homeowner so creditors dont go after the house if there are problems in the future. Or should I just try and write off things as a rental when I do my taxes. $300 monthly on top of the mortgage, insurance, and taxes is a lot in MI with the economy the way it is...

How's everyone doing? I have invested $20,000 in a annuity account five years ago. So far it has earned over $5,000 til this date. I want to buy a house for me, my parents and my sibilings. My only problem is that I make only about $31,000 a year. My parents makes a little less than me. If we take out a mortagage, and I know is not going to work out because we all have debts. Here's the case the rental payment was sent via mail, (FIRST MISTAKE I KNOW SO PLEASE NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS!!!) and obviously the landlord hasn't received it. When we went home last night the locks were changed and we weren't able to get in. Is this legal? Can he do this? What do we need to do? We have proof of the money order but it's in the house that we can't get into!! Would someone please shed some light on this situation? I've tried searching for Las Vegas, Nevada Eviction Laws but no luck. My hubby is on his way to the courthouse now. Is this the right way to go about it?

But now I have bills pilled up that I cant pay a seven year old child to provide for no child support I have checks bouncing everywhere and my utilies are 3 months behind. I cant get any money out of the childs father becouse he's mentally disturbed and he gave away all his money to his relatives that are caring for him.I have no relatives I can live with so I'm pretty much on my own I am working my buns off making $516.00 a week and by the time my paycheck hits the bank it's gone for insuffent fund fee's. I have a consolidated student loan that's about 12,600 dollars. I also have credit card debts totalling around 9500. I have considered getting a loan from Primerica in December (that's when they will have a loan for people like me that don't own a home). I have also considered opening another credit account and moving all debts from other credit cards to it. My third option is getting a loan from a bank. I'm not sure what to do, since my friends don't seem to like Primerica all that much and I don't know much about bank loans or balance transfer on credit cards. My debt is not really that high, just over 21,000 total. However, I am having trouble paying bills, credit card minimums and part of my student loan minumum payment each month (I never have enough to pay the minimum all at once, so I'm behind). What is the best way for me to lower my debt without being severely poor each month?

After a law firm settles a sexual harrassmnet case with you for alot of money, what happens to the lawyer who was at fault. doesh e pay the fee out of pocket or does the firm? will his wife find out he sexually harassed an employee? can that be hidden? i was hoping they would fire him but now they have settled with alot of money and imust tell you they are a veryu cheap firm, each penny spent makes them cry. i also know they hate this partner because he is arrogrant. i just want to know if he will pay for what he did, i dont care how much they throw at me, i want him to never do this to anyone again.

I'm a student looking for part time work, I have a really busy schedule this year, but I really need a part time job. I've just been told I have a job with a call centre part time hours, working til 9pm most nights, but training for this would be 5-9 every night of the week, and 9 - 4.30 on a saturday, I probably could cope with this for a while, but I've applied for another job as a santa's helper, which I would absolutely love?
