I resigned, giving 2+ months notice... my boss had paid me less this week!?

Yesterday I resigned, giving 2+ months notice which I think is extremely fair.

I checked my pay this week, and I have been paid, almost AU$100 less. I think this appalling.

Do I have anything to stand on? Or with the new reforms do I just have to smile and take it?

Can an employer terminate employment for excessive absenteeism?

if I've never called out of work and there has not been any Performance Discussion/Counseling or Written warnings for absenteeism. All other time that I have been out it was approved time. Understanding that I can be written up for the absenteeism at this particular time is because we are going through a huge management change and there is only myself and the Director in HR. The DHR was suppose to hire a temp to assist in projects and changeover and has not. The department is also short another Manager. I am an exemplary employee. At work every single day-)other than approved time off)with a smile and complete assigned projects to the utmost satisfaction with a smile, working 55 hours a week on average. Is it legal for the DHR to terminate my employment and I have a court summons to be at court causing my first unapproved time off?

I've been rear ended. Will my insurance go up?

A year and a half ago I rear-ended someone. 100% my fault.
A week later, in my new car, I got rear ended. 100% their fault.
My insurance rate went up and I don't know if it was due to just the 1st accident which was my fault, or both. Now, a year and a half later I got rear-ended again. 100% their fault. Will my insurance rates go up? Could they drop me for too many accidents even though 2/3 arn't my fault?

Financing Business with Debt?

Is there any way to structure a debt investment so that the interest expense is not paid currently, but accrues over time and paid out at the end of a period (let's say 5 or 7 years). If this is possible, would the interest expense be tax-deductible annually and would the interest income (for the loaner) be taxed annually, or just at the end?
