2) Look for ads on the internet, local newspapers in San Bernardino.

3) Talking to a recruiter can help you assess the skills that you have and can demonstrate to potential employer.
4) You can also get profiles of different companies from publishers like Weddles at the public library or online. See source below. They can tell you the best resources (including websites) to check based on location or industry that you work in or want to work in.
