Married, and have almost 100,000.00 in debt. Thats not including a house payment, total of 113,000.00. Total all together 213,000.00

I have a possible job opportunity for one of the Big 4 firms in Dallas. I am currently in Austin and moved to Austin from the midwest. Is Dallas a good place to live and play? My husband may be accepting a job in another state. We would like to keep our house and rent it if that is possible. I have reviewed our loan papers and do not see anything that addresses this issue. Is it okay to do this or do we have to have approval from the lender?

Hi, now heres the situation! Myhubby had 2 interviews the job 1 offered £18K A year with bonuses etc, the job 2 £24 grand both doing the same things, job 1 - car allowance, sales included etc permanent. - start end of month.
Job 2 vehicle supplied tomtom, 90% perhaps permanent! - start monday

What do you do? We have 2 kids and obviously need the security but we really need the money!

What would you do??

And what would you say to let the geezer down!! My hubby spent 2 hours with both in the interviews and likes them both!!

I am in the process of writing out my business plan for a start up company, of course I have very little capital and am considering a business loan. What would you say is the most important factor in getting a small business loan of say $15,000. I have no previous financial statements for the business, and I will be putting in $2500 of my own money.

Seriously, my parents taught me to be a good and honest person - of course I'm not perfect - but I try to be that way most of the time. For some, maybe their teachers teach them "ethics" at a young age in school. My point is: how can companies really expect to "teach" people ethics etc. when they're like 30, 40, 50, or even 60 years old?!!!

my son ordered a pair of shoes from "all the hot kicks" and we havent rec'd them. i have emailed them several times. They eventually email me back but all they tell me is they are checking into my order. i keep threatening to do something about it but i really dont know what to do. My credit score is poor at 550 level. I don't have any credit cards now, but how can I raise my score??
