my son ordered a pair of shoes from "all the hot kicks" and we havent rec'd them. i have emailed them several times. They eventually email me back but all they tell me is they are checking into my order. i keep threatening to do something about it but i really dont know what to do. They repeatedly just tell me that i should have gotten the shoes by now but they are checking into my order. What can i do?/

contact your bank and fill out a dispute form or affadavit. you'll need to write a letter explaining what happened, as well. the fact that you've already tried to resolve this yourself with no success adds points in your favor, as far as the bank is concerned. good luck!

If you paid call your credit card company and tell them you want to dispute the charges, they will not pay the company and you will get your money back. And report them to the BBB
