For the first two or three days I would see how the team worked and what they were good at and then I would get them to work on the skills that they need and I would also make a game stratagy according (or suggest a game stratagy) according to what they can do.

third, creating for them an enviornment to work.
fourth, assigning them work according to their skills and interests.
fifth, working.............
sixth, completeing the job.
seventh, appreciating the works and giving rewards.
eighth, motivating them for the next job.
